We are now looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support our team in traffic generation, nurturing and customer acquisition across all company's websites & social media channels.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will:

• Design and/or customize email campaigns and social media posts for distribution across partnerships and monitor performance
• Identify, curate and share industry-relevant content on social media
• Manage online traffic channels for lead generation
• Track and report on campaign KPIs to ensure that campaigns are meeting or exceeding goals, and make recommendations if they are not.
• Work with colleagues across our Marketing & Communication teams to produce written content for a variety of media: web copy, blog posts, sales collateral, case studies, infographics, email campaigns, online ads, video, etc.
• Plans and implements website, email and social media marketing campaigns
• Work cross-departmentally with sales, product, and research teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and timing
• Assist with other tasks as required

To excel in this job, we expect as a minimum:

• 1 – 3 years of experience in a position of Digital Marketing Specialist or similar will be considered a strong advantage although we are open to welcoming newbies with a strong desire to learn and develop within our team
• General understanding of the mechanics of digital marketing
• Working experience in managing websites with WordPress or other CMS’s
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms
• Fluency in English - a second language will be considered an advantage;
• A high level of personal discipline and the ability to set priorities and work within deadlines;
• Strong sense of urgency and great time management skills
• Hands-on attitude with analytical thinking and attention to details
